Jen & Matt were married last month on the Francis in Casco Bay followed by a beautiful dinner catered by Aurora in one of the many cool rooms at the Portland Yacht Services. This has been one of my favorite weddings to-date! They had a fairly small guest list as it was taking place on a sailboat, about 30 people. There seemed to be a crew of 10 people constantly adjusting the sails to get us to a nice peaceful spot for the ceremony, which was really fun to watch. Even Jen & Matt helped pull on some ropes (I am sure there is a technical term for it…)!
Jen is a super talented graphic designer, and she created their precious invitations seen below (yes, she is taking on new clients!) along with many other crafty details you’ll see here. They had a rockabilly band play for hours and I enjoyed hearing the steel guitar so much! We ventured around the crazy rooms at the PYS to parts I am not sure we were supposed to go, but that building is very interesting and we found some really amazing light to play with, so I think it was worth a little trespassing. :) Congratulations Jen & Matt!
